    Order processing begins within the payment receipt. During this time, our customer service team will confirm your customized options via email or other communication channels. Please respond promptly—if we don’t hear back within 48 hours, we will proceed with production based on your selected options. 
    Once the details are confirmed, we will start to arrange production.  
    Once production begins, materials are ordered, work is allocated, and costs are incurred. 

     

    Refund Policy Based on Order Stage:

  • Cancel Order before production:     100% refund
  • Cancel Order Under production:       80% refund
  • Cancel Order Production finished:    50%-70% refund

     


    ***2. Pre-Made in-stock Dolls
    Orders for pre-made dolls cannot be canceled once shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, additional fees will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping, labor, packaging, and storage costs. If the cancellation request is unsuccessful, the package must be accepted and returned to us for processing.

     

    Restocking Fees
    Restocking fees cover the significant costs associated with order cancellations.     Damage and Warranty Coverage
    In the following situations, we will offer reshipment, remake, or a partial refund:

  • Incorrect Dolls: If the doll you receive is clearly different from the factory pictures or website description, please provide an unboxing video that shows the entire doll, head, shipping label, and outer packaging. Once verified, we will work with our factory and shipping carrier to arrange a replacement.
  • Damaged Dolls: If the package is severely damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately upon receipt. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either arrange a replacement or provide repair kits for minor damage.
  • Missing Packages: If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, contact UPS or FedEx to file a claim as soon as possible. For most orders, we include an adult signature requirement to ensure secure delivery (some exceptions may apply).
